Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the boutique learning and development team in preparing and delivering retail training sessions, product briefings and onboarding programmes for boutique staff.
  • Assist in the creation, adaptation and localisation of learning materials (presentations, guides, e‑learning content and evaluations).
  • Coordinate logistics for trainings and events: scheduling, participant communication, venue preparation and reporting.
  • Contribute to the administration and maintenance of learning records and basic LMS data entry, and prepare post‑training feedback and impact summaries.
  • Liaise with boutique managers and regional L&D stakeholders to ensure alignment between training content and boutique needs.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Fashion Management, Business or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in luxury retail and an understanding of boutique operations and client service standards.
  • Excellent organisational skills with capacity to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills; ability to present clearly to small groups.
  • Discretion, attention to detail and a professional demeanour appropriate to a luxury environment.

Experience

Previous customer‑facing retail experience or an internship in HR/L&D or luxury retail is advantageous but not mandatory; the role is suited to students or recent graduates seeking hands‑on L&D exposure in a boutique environment.

Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Fashion Management, Business or a related field.
