Chanel seeks a Learning Assistant (apprenticeship) in Cannes to support boutique training for Cannes & Nice starting Sept 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the regional Learning & Development team in delivering training and onboarding for fashion boutiques in Cannes and Nice.
  • Coordinate logistics for in-store and classroom sessions, including scheduling, trainer liaison and participant communication.
  • Prepare and maintain training materials, presentations and assessments; ensure consistency with brand standards and product knowledge.
  • Track training attendance and completion, maintain learning records and produce regular progress reports for boutique managers and L&D leadership.
  • Assist with product launches, seasonal refreshes and boutique activations by providing on-site training support and quality assurance.
  • Act as a point of contact for boutique teams on operational training queries and escalate issues to the regional L&D manager where required.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in HR, Learning & Development, Business, Retail Management or a related discipline (required for alternance).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional presentation and discretion in a luxury retail environment.
  • Availability to begin the apprenticeship in September 2026 for the duration required by the academic programme.
  • Previous customer-facing or retail experience preferred; prior exposure to training or HR activities is an advantage.

Experience

Student-level experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred. Any prior internships or project work in HR, L&D, or boutique retail operations will be advantageous.

Education

Enrolled in a higher-education program (Bachelor or Master level) in HR, Learning & Development, Business, Retail Management or equivalent; enrollment must permit an alternance/apprenticeship placement beginning September 2026.
