Learning Assistant
Join Chanel in Cannes as a Learning Assistant, coordinating training and onboarding in a dynamic luxury fashion environment. Full-time position starting September 2026.

Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees, including preparation of welcome kits and scheduling of training sessions.
- Organize in-store training sessions across various roles.
- Recommend personalized e-Learning paths and maintain updated records.
- Monitor Learning KPIs in collaboration with Sales and Operations Managers and Client Marketing.
- Support the sales team on the floor as needed.
- Collaborate with HR and Learning Managers to develop and track training plans.
- Analyze training participation and KPIs.
- Develop and facilitate boutique-specific training workshops and support pre/post-training activities.
- Maintain and update individual training plans and internal tools.
- Organize Learning workshops and send invitations for coaching sessions.
- Prepare briefs and materials for training facilitators and referents.
- Ensure maintenance of Learning tools and equipment in boutiques.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in training, digital, or innovation.
- Interest in fashion and retail.
- Experience in sales is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in training, digital, or innovation is required. Sales experience is a plus.
