Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the boutique Learning & Development team in planning and executing in-store training and onboarding activities.
  • Coordinate logistics for workshops, product trainings and retail excellence sessions, including venue, materials and participant scheduling.
  • Maintain training records, attendance logs and basic reporting to measure program participation and feedback.
  • Assist in preparing and updating training materials, slides and e-learning content under guidance from senior L&D staff.
  • Liaise with boutique managers and corporate L&D stakeholders to follow up on learning actions and continuous improvement.
  • Provide on-the-ground support during learning events, including participant communications and day-of coordination.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in HR, Learning & Development, Business, Hospitality, Fashion Management or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in luxury retail, client experience and boutique operations.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
  • Discretion, professionalism and a service-oriented mindset appropriate for a high-end retail environment.
  • Fluent French and strong professional English are highly desirable given the boutique context.

Experience

Previous internship or work experience in retail, customer service or HR/L&D is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrable exposure to boutique or luxury retail environments will be considered an asset.

Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme relevant to HR, L&D, business, hospitality or fashion management.
