Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Learning & Development team in designing and delivering training programmes for export markets across Europe.
- Coordinate logistical and administrative aspects of training: scheduling, participant registration, venue and virtual-room setup.
- Prepare and adapt learning materials, presentations and participant packs to reflect regional needs and brand standards.
- Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) and training databases; ensure accurate records of attendance and completion.
- Assist in training evaluation and reporting: compile KPIs, feedback summaries and impact analyses for internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with regional HR, store and wholesale teams across Europe to align on priorities, roll‑out timing and local constraints.
- Support trainers and external providers with briefings, contracts and expense monitoring.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, Business or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft clear, brand‑appropriate materials.
- Capacity to work autonomously within a fast‑paced, international environment and to engage cross‑functional stakeholders.
Skills
Experience
Prior internship or coursework exposure in HR, L&D, training coordination or a related function is preferred; experience working with international teams or export markets is an advantage but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme (BSc/BA, MSc/MA) in HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or a closely related field.
