Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and deployment of blended learning strategies combining digital and in-person training initiatives.
- Support the creation of engaging digital learning materials, including videos, e-learning modules, infographics, and interactive content.
- Manage and update content on Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital training platforms.
- Analyze learning engagement data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Design training materials, presentations, and toolkits to support learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform knowledge into effective and engaging learning resources.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across training content.
- Provide technical and logistical support for trainers conducting virtual and in-person sessions.
- Support the coordination and implementation of training events and workshops.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to digital learning tools and platforms.
- Gather and analyze feedback from learners to enhance training effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Digital Learning, or a related field.
- Passion for the luxury, beauty, and fragrance industries.
- Strong interest in learning technologies, instructional design, and digital training solutions.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in learning technologies and the luxury industry is essential.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
