Role & Responsibilities
- Support the real-estate finance team in financial modelling for retail and property assets, including build-outs, refurbishments and rental income projections.
- Prepare cash‑flow analyses, discounted cash‑flow (DCF) valuations and scenario testing to inform investment and leasing decisions.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting for the real‑estate portfolio and capital expenditure programmes.
- Produce clear, data‑driven presentations and investment memoranda for internal stakeholders and senior management.
- Contribute to due diligence for acquisitions or leases and coordinate information with legal, tax and facilities teams.
- Maintain asset-level databases, reconcile rent rolls and support lease accounting and reporting tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business or a related discipline (work‑study / alternance eligible).
- Strong numerical aptitude with proven facility in financial modelling and valuation concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French; professional working proficiency in English preferred.
- Rigorous attention to detail, ability to manage competing deadlines and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.
- Availability to start in September 2026 and commit to the alternance schedule for the duration of the programme.

Experience
Internship or 0–1 year of professional experience in finance, real estate or consulting preferred; prior exposure to property finance, asset management or investment analysis is an advantage.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business or a closely related field (alternance/work‑study status required).
