Role & Responsibilities

  • Support cross‑functional projects at the intersection of finance and supply chain, from scoping to implementation and post‑launch follow‑up.
  • Collect, cleanse and analyse quantitative data to produce actionable insights and monitor project KPIs and timelines.
  • Prepare concise reports, executive presentations and dashboards for senior stakeholders and project steering committees.
  • Map and document end‑to‑end processes, identify improvement opportunities and participate in change management activities.
  • Coordinate project meetings, capture requirements and maintain project plans and risk logs to ensure on‑time delivery.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical rigour with advanced Excel skills and experience building presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Good organisation and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Curiosity for operations and finance, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Skills

Microsoft Excel (advanced) Microsoft PowerPoint SAP (or similar ERP) — familiarity preferred Data analysis and dashboarding Project management (project planning, risk logs, milestone tracking) Process mapping and documentation Stakeholder management and cross‑functional coordination

Experience

Early‑career candidates; previous internships or academic project work in finance, supply chain, operations, or consulting is advantageous. Demonstrable experience delivering analysis or supporting projects is preferred but not mandatory.

Education

Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
