Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Responsible Transformation program for the Leather Goods division, ensuring projects advance according to scope, schedule and quality criteria.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders — including design, product development, sourcing, quality, manufacturing and CSR — to drive project alignment and decision making.
- Maintain project plans, track milestones, risks and deliverables; prepare regular status reports and KPI dashboards.
- Assist in supplier engagement and data collection for traceability, materials innovation and sustainability initiatives.
- Prepare concise presentations, workshop materials and meeting minutes for internal governance and steering committees.
- Contribute to process documentation, implementation follow‑up and the integration of responsible‑sourcing practices into product workflows.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Sustainability, Fashion, Supply Chain, Business, Project Management or a related field (alternance/apprenticeship track).
- Strong organisational aptitude with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with capability to produce clear reports and synthesize data for non‑technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional demeanour for cross‑functional collaboration.
- Interest in leather goods, materials innovation and sustainable fashion practices.
Skills
Experience
Previous internships or practical experience (0–2 years) in project support, sustainability, product development or supply chain within fashion or luxury sectors is advantageous; demonstrable involvement in cross‑team projects is preferred.
Education
Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's programme (alternance/apprenticeship placement).
