Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the definition, documentation and continuous improvement of end-to-end finance processes linked to corporate finance systems.
  • Map current-state processes and contribute to the design of future-state workflows in collaboration with Finance and IT stakeholders.
  • Assist with requirements gathering, functional specifications and traceability between business needs and IT deliverables.
  • Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), system validations and issue tracking during rollouts or change requests.
  • Prepare process documentation, training materials and operating procedures for finance teams and contribute to knowledge transfer.
  • Monitor process KPIs, produce reports and present findings to process owners to drive remediation actions.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical capability with a structured, process-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills; able to liaise effectively between finance and IT teams.
  • Ability to synthesise complex information into concise documentation and to draft clear functional specifications.
  • Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a matrix environment with competing priorities.

Experience

Previous internship experience or academic projects in finance operations, ERP/finance systems or business analysis is desirable; exposure to system implementation or process improvement initiatives is an asset.

Education

Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate programme (Finance, Information Systems, Business, Engineering or equivalent).
