Junior Europe Media Project Manager (Alternance)
Chanel Paris is hiring a Junior Europe Media Project Manager (Alternance) for Parfums Beauté Europe — work‑study role starting Sept 2026 in Paris.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Europe media team in planning, coordinating and executing multi‑market media campaigns for Parfums Beauté across paid, owned and earned channels.
- Coordinate with internal brand teams, regional offices and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of briefs, assets and local adaptations.
- Track campaign calendars, manage project timelines and escalate risks to ensure on‑time roll‑out across European markets.
- Monitor budgets and media spend commitments, reconcile invoices and maintain campaign financial trackers in collaboration with finance and procurement.
- Collect, consolidate and present campaign performance reports and KPI analyses to stakeholders, recommending optimisations.
- Ensure all media activity complies with brand guidelines, legal/regulatory constraints and local market specifications.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of media processes, templates and post‑campaign learnings.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or a related discipline and eligible for an alternance/work‑study contract in France.
- Strong interest in media planning, digital advertising and the beauty industry, with an appetite for working across multiple European markets.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with experience preparing campaign reports or dashboards; high attention to detail.
- Professional proficiency in English; practical knowledge of French and/or another European language is highly desirable.
Skills
Experience
Some prior experience through internships or short‑term roles in media, marketing or communications is expected (typically 6–18 months cumulatively). Experience within beauty, luxury or agency environments is an advantage.
Education
Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate programme (Marketing, Media, Communications, Business) and eligible for alternance/work‑study in France.
