Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Customer Intelligence team in the extraction, cleaning and consolidation of CRM and transactional data to feed reports and dashboards.
- Perform customer segmentation and lifetime value analyses to inform marketing and retention strategies.
- Produce regular KPI reporting and ad-hoc analyses on campaign performance, acquisition funnels and customer journeys.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and visualisations using BI tools; ensure data accuracy and documentation of methodologies.
- Collaborate with marketing, digital and sales teams to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations and presentation materials for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's programme in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business Analytics or equivalent, compatible with a French alternance/apprenticeship contract.
- Strong analytical rigour with demonstrable coursework or project experience in quantitative methods, segmentation and A/B testing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear business recommendations.
- Professional maturity, discretion and respect for data confidentiality consistent with a luxury brand environment.
Skills
Experience
Previous internships or project experience (6–12 months cumulative) in customer analytics, CRM, marketing analytics or a related data role is preferred. Experience within luxury retail or premium consumer brands is an advantage but not mandatory.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics or a related discipline; eligible for alternance/apprenticeship in France.
