Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised client service and uphold the Chanel brand experience at every touchpoint.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling and CRM follow-up to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Achieve boutique sales targets and KPI objectives through consultative selling and cross-selling of product categories.
  • Manage daily boutique operations including point-of-sale transactions, stock handling, visual merchandising and inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and present collections with impeccable standards of styling and presentation.
  • Support in-store events, private appointments and after-sales services, ensuring confidentiality and a seamless client journey.

Qualifications

  • Previous client-facing experience in luxury retail or hospitality, preferably within premium fashion, accessories or beauty.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on discretion, professionalism and polished presentation.
  • Demonstrable ability to build rapport with VIP and high-net-worth clients and to manage a personal client portfolio.
  • Flexibility to work boutique hours, including evenings and weekends, and to participate in special events or trunk shows.
  • Fluency in Korean is a reasonable expectation for this location; additional language skills are an asset.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of progressive, client-facing experience in luxury retail or related hospitality roles; prior boutique sales experience is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in fashion, retail, hospitality or a related field preferred.
