Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, consultative sales service to high-net-worth and walk-in clients, building long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Present and demonstrate fine jewelry pieces with deep product knowledge, highlighting craftsmanship, materials and provenance.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling and outreach activities.
  • Manage client records and follow-up using the store CRM; coordinate appointments, private viewings and after-sales service.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and display standards specific to fine jewelry; ensure secure presentation and inventory accuracy.
  • Conduct daily cash and POS transactions in accordance with brand procedures and ensure compliance with loss-prevention protocols.
  • Collaborate with the boutique team and management on store initiatives, events and product launches; participate in training and development.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience selling fine jewelry or high-end accessories in a luxury retail environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and consultative selling skills with a client-first orientation.
  • Strong attention to detail, discretion and professionalism when handling high-value merchandise.
  • Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays; flexible availability for events and private appointments.
  • Fluent communication skills and the ability to present product stories clearly and persuasively.

Experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, luxury retail, gemology or related fields and professional certifications (e.g., gemology courses) are advantageous.
