Chanel is hiring a Jewelry Advisor in Istanbul, Turkey — client‑facing role selling high jewelry with VIP relationship management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of Chanel fine jewelry through proactive client acquisition, VIP relationship management and personalised clienteling.
  • Deliver exemplary, discreet service during in‑boutique appointments and trunk shows; manage client follow-up and bespoke requests.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across high jewelry collections, materials and craftsmanship to advise clients authoritatively and authenticate pieces.
  • Execute visual merchandising and presentation standards specifically for jewelry displays, ensuring security and aesthetic integrity.
  • Manage inventory, stock movements and boutique paperwork with meticulous adherence to Chanel loss‑prevention and compliance protocols.
  • Coordinate after‑sales care, repairs and servicing with internal workshops and approved external partners.
  • Contribute to sales reporting, achieve individual and boutique KPIs, and collaborate with the boutique team on local marketing and event execution.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury jewelry or watch sales, preferably within high‑jewelry or haute joaillerie environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with high‑net‑worth clients and VIPs.
  • Strong understanding of jewellery materials, gemology basics and authentication principles.
  • Excellent numeracy, cash‑handling and POS transaction accuracy.
  • Professional presentation, discretion with client information, and ability to represent a premium brand.
