Role & Responsibilities

  • Support senior jewelry advisors in daily client service: schedule and confirm appointments, prepare showings and manage client files.
  • Deliver attentive, personalised clienteling during consultations and sales; nurture long-term relationships and follow up on post‑sale care.
  • Maintain rigorous presentation standards for high‑jewelry displays and window merchandising to reflect maison aesthetic and seasonal directives.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) and CRM systems for transactions, client records and VIP communications; ensure accuracy of sales and reporting.
  • Assist with inventory management, secure handling of stock, receipts, transfers and reconciliation in accordance with security protocols.
  • Contribute to after‑sales service, including documentation for repairs, resizing and provenance, liaising with ateliers and client services teams.
  • Adhere to brand compliance, client confidentiality and anti‑money‑laundering procedures at all times.

Qualifications

  • Impeccable client service skills with professional discretion and a polished luxury presentation.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; confident in building rapport with high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Numerical accuracy and attention to detail for transactional tasks and inventory control.
  • Ability to work flexible boutique hours, including weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Demonstrable understanding of jewellery terminology, gemology basics or related vocational training preferred.

Experience

1–3 years of retail experience in luxury goods, preferably within fine or high jewelry; prior boutique or client‑facing roles are highly valued.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, gemology or luxury sales (e.g. gemological certificate) preferred.
