Role & Responsibilities
- Support senior jewelry advisors in client appointments, private viewings and follow-up communications to cultivate long-term relationships.
- Prepare and present high-value pieces with impeccable attention to detail, ensuring jewellery is displayed and secured according to brand standards.
- Assist with clienteling activities: maintain CRM records, coordinate bookings, manage invitations and ensure timely after-sales service.
- Process sales transactions, handle payments and returns, and assist with inventory reconciliation and stock movements.
- Maintain a pristine boutique environment through visual merchandising upkeep, polishing pieces and executing seasonal floor resets.
- Follow security and loss-prevention procedures for high-value merchandise, liaising with store management and security as required.
Qualifications
- Impeccable service orientation with a polished, client-focused demeanour appropriate for high jewellery clientele.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; discretion and professionalism when handling confidential client information.
- Basic numeracy and experience handling transactions and reconciliations accurately.
- Capacity to follow strict security and merchandising protocols for high-value products.
- Right to work in the country of employment and willingness to undergo background checks as required.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in luxury retail or jewellery; demonstrable success in clienteling and supporting sales advisors is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certified courses in gemology, retail or luxury sales are advantageous.
