Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of international press strategies for the skincare category, aligning messaging across markets.
  • Coordinate with regional PR agencies and internal country teams to localize press materials, product launches and campaign rollouts.
  • Draft and adapt press releases, pitch emails, media briefs and product descriptions for international media.
  • Manage press lists, coordinate product sampling and handle logistics for press requests and editorial shoots.
  • Monitor and compile media coverage and KPIs; produce regular performance reports and post-campaign analyses.
  • Assist with planning and on-site coordination of press events, product previews and media appointments.
  • Maintain up-to-date media databases and ensure accurate tracking of embargoes, exclusives and placements.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in luxury beauty and skincare with demonstrable curiosity about editorial strategies and media ecosystems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to nuance and tone appropriate for luxury brands.
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Discretion, professionalism and a collaborative approach when dealing with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Experience

Prior internship experience in public relations, communications or editorial roles—preferably within beauty, luxury goods or lifestyle media—is desirable but not mandatory. Hands-on experience coordinating press materials, events or media relations projects is an advantage.

Education

Enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree programme in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
