Role & Responsibilities

  • Support preparation and consolidation of international sell-in and sell-out forecasts for the Perfumes & Beauty PLVA portfolio.
  • Analyse historical sales, promotional impact and sell-through to identify trends, risks and opportunities for each market.
  • Build and maintain forecasting models, demand scenarios and KPI dashboards ahead of monthly and quarterly S&OP cycles.
  • Coordinate with regional commercial teams, supply planning and logistics to reconcile demand, inventory and replenishment needs.
  • Prepare clear, executive-level presentations and ad-hoc analyses to inform commercial decisions and product allocations.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a master's programme in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Finance, Statistics or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical rigour with advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VBA or Power Query beneficial).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
  • Comfortable working with cross‑functional, international stakeholders and synthesising complex data into actionable recommendations.

Experience

Previous internship experience in forecasting, demand planning, retail analytics or finance is advantageous but not strictly required; demonstrable analytical coursework or project work will be valued.

Education

Enrolling in or recently enrolled in a Master's degree (MSc or equivalent) in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Finance, Statistics or related discipline.
