Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Digital Marketing Project Manager in developing and implementing international digital strategies on chanel.com.
  • Coordinate the execution of digital campaigns for Fragrance and Key Emotional Moments (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Holidays) with global teams and regional markets.
  • Ensure seamless campaign execution by liaising with E-commerce, Digital Art Direction, International Marketing, Media, Social Media, CRM, E-retail, and Editorial teams.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of e-merchandising calendars across eight regions, ensuring timely updates on local websites.
  • Facilitate the sharing of campaign assets and information with internal digital contacts and regional markets.
  • Participate in campaign performance analysis with the Analytics team.
  • Monitor international digital communication operations and technological innovations to inform future project briefs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing, project management, or e-commerce.

Skills

Fluency in English with strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Interest in luxury, cosmetics, and digital innovation.

Experience

A minimum of one year of experience in digital marketing, project management, or e-commerce is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
