Chanel seeks an Internal Communications & Engagement Assistant in Neuilly-sur-Seine for its Perfumes & Beauty division (work‑study, Sept 2026).

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of internal communications for the Perfumes & Beauty division, ensuring alignment with brand tone and corporate priorities.
- Draft and edit content for internal channels (newsletters, intranet posts, executive messages, presentations) and adapt messaging for different employee audiences.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and campaigns to strengthen culture, inclusion and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Coordinate internal events, town halls and virtual meetings, including logistics, speaker liaison and post-event communications.
- Collaborate with HR, marketing and regional teams to ensure consistent communication and timely dissemination of key information.
- Monitor and report on engagement metrics, collect feedback and propose continuous improvements to content and formats.
- Manage administrative aspects of communication projects and maintain content calendars and asset libraries.
- Respect confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s programme in Communications, Corporate Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism or a closely related field (work‑study/alternance eligible).
- Strong editorial ability with excellent attention to detail and a clear, concise writing style.
- Organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
- Interest in luxury goods, beauty and brand-driven communications; high standards of discretion and professional presentation.
- Prior internships or project experience in communications, internal comms or employee engagement is advantageous.

Experience
Work‑study candidates with prior internship experience in communications, PR or marketing are preferred; demonstrated involvement in communications projects or employee engagement initiatives is an asset.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Communications, Corporate Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism or a related discipline (alternance/work‑study track).
