Role & Responsibilities
- Support the internal communications team in the design and delivery of employee communications across intranet, newsletters and internal social platforms.
- Draft and adapt copy for multiple formats (news articles, emails, posts, presentations) with impeccable editorial quality in French.
- Coordinate and produce content for employee engagement initiatives and corporate events, liaising with HR, business units and external suppliers.
- Assist with editorial planning, content calendars and the day‑to‑day administration of the intranet/CMS and internal social channels.
- Contribute to measurement and reporting of engagement metrics, preparing concise analyses and recommendations for the team.
- Manage administrative tasks related to campaign execution, asset tracking and stakeholder follow‑up to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Communications, Corporate Communications, HR, Marketing or a related discipline (work‑study/alternance eligible).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French; professional working knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Strong editorial sense with meticulous attention to tone, clarity and brand consistency.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders in a fast‑paced luxury environment.
- High level of discretion and respect for confidential information.
Skills
Experience
Previous internships or practical experience in corporate communications, internal communications, HR communications or agency work is desirable; campus involvement in communications or event projects is an asset.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme in Communications, Corporate Communications, HR, Marketing, Media or a related field (eligible for alternance/work‑study).
