Chanel Tokyo is hiring an Intern — Watch & Fine Jewelry (Marketing, High-end & Client Engagement Team).

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Watch & Fine Jewelry marketing calendar and execution of high‑end client engagement initiatives in Tokyo.
- Assist with planning, logistics and on-site coordination for private client events, trunk shows and boutique activations.
- Contribute to clienteling activities and CRM-driven communications, including preparation of segmented invitations and follow-up materials.
- Prepare campaign and sales reports, analyse client and boutique performance data, and produce presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Create and adapt marketing content for in-store materials and social media channels in coordination with regional teams and PR.
- Liaise with boutiques, product and PR teams to ensure seamless delivery of marketing assets and client experiences.
- Perform administrative tasks supporting the team: scheduling, expense tracking, document management and asset archiving.
Qualifications
- Current enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Marketing, Luxury Management, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in horology, fine jewelry and luxury client experiences.
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail when managing events and client communications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines and work collaboratively across multifunctional teams.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills; discretion and confidentiality when handling client information.
Skills
Experience
Prior internship or work experience in luxury retail, marketing, events or client services is preferred but not mandatory; demonstrable interest in watches and fine jewelry is essential.
Education
Enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in Marketing, Luxury Management, Business, Communications or a related field.
