Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in structuring 3 to 4 collections during the internship period.
- Develop collection plans by theme, shape, price target, material, and color based on Retail Merchandising team recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Retail Merchandising team on collection development, including prototype discovery and offer sizing.
- Construct product content and purchasing tools for showrooms.
- Assist in preparing collection briefings for buyers.
- Contribute to product selection for press and web highlights.
- Prepare materials with color selections for visual merchandising.
- Present the collection to markets.
- Prepare quantitative and qualitative analyses and reports for the studio and operations team post-showrooms.
- Draft communication labels for chanel.com for each new product.
- Review and contribute to training materials for boutiques.
- Conduct active trend monitoring, follow Fashion Weeks, and create a monthly competitor newsletter.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a business school or pursuing a master's degree in Fashion/Luxury or equivalent education.
- Previous significant experience, ideally in Fashion and/or Luxury.
