Integration Solution Architect
Chanel is recruiting an Integration Solution Architect in Hong Kong to lead integration architecture for North Asia & SEAA.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and evangelise the integration and API architecture strategy for North Asia and Southeast Asia & Australasia (SEAA), ensuring alignment with global IT standards and local market requirements.
- Design scalable, secure integration patterns and reference architectures connecting ERP, CRM, PIM, e‑commerce, POS and logistics systems across the region.
- Lead technical delivery of cross‑border integration programmes: produce solution designs, run architecture reviews, and validate non‑functional requirements (performance, resiliency, security).
- Collaborate with product owners, enterprise architects, cloud engineers and regional IT leads to prioritise roadmaps and translate business requirements into integration solutions.
- Oversee vendor and partner relationships for middleware, API management and iPaaS providers; manage RFP evaluation and technical onboarding.
- Establish governance, monitoring and lifecycle practices for APIs and integrations, including CI/CD pipelines, observability and incident runbooks.
- Mentor and upskill regional engineering teams; provide technical leadership during implementation, testing and production cutovers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
- Deep expertise in designing enterprise integration architectures and API platforms for complex, multi‑country organisations.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align technical strategy with commercial priorities.
- Strong knowledge of security and compliance considerations for cross‑border data flows and enterprise authentication (OAuth2, OpenID Connect).
- Experience managing third‑party vendors and executing regional rollouts across diverse markets.
Skills
Experience
Extensive enterprise IT experience with at least 6–8 years working on integration projects and a minimum of 3–5 years in an architect or lead role delivering large, cross‑functional integration programmes across APAC markets.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a closely related discipline; a relevant master's degree or architecture certifications (e.g. MuleSoft, TOGAF, AWS/Azure architect) is advantageous.
