Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and reusable integration solutions across APAC.
  • Drive the evolution of the integration landscape using modern architectural techniques.
  • Ensure integration solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and business outcomes.
  • Oversee the technical stabilization and evolution of the APAC integration platform.
  • Govern integration standards, security, compliance, and data flow integrity.
  • Facilitate technical communication and collaboration across internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in integration architecture or lead engineering roles.
  • Proven ability to lead integration strategy across complex, multi-system landscapes.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical leadership and influencing architectural decisions.

Skills

Deep understanding of composable architecture principles. Experience with capability platforms and composable services using modern frameworks. Hands-on experience with API lifecycle management and integration platforms. Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware/ESB technologies. Skilled in defining integration standards and governance models. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices. Strong technical background in cloud-native integration and infrastructure. Excellent communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts.

Experience

Minimum 5 years in integration architecture or lead engineering roles, ideally within multinational or consulting environments.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
