Influence Project Management Specialist
Chanel is hiring a Specialist, Influence Project Management in New York to lead influencer campaigns, talent partnerships and cross‑functional execution.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for influencer and creator campaigns, from brief development through content delivery and post‑campaign analysis.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders — including PR, digital, creative, legal, merchandising and supply chain — to align timelines, approvals and deliverables.
- Manage talent selection, contracting and onboarding in partnership with agencies and internal sourcing teams; ensure compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets and resource allocation; track milestones and escalate risks to senior stakeholders.
- Oversee content approval workflows, rights management and asset handover; ensure deliverables meet creative and technical specifications.
- Compile campaign performance reports, extract actionable insights from KPIs and recommend optimizations for future activations.
- Supervise logistics for product seeding, sample management and event coordination related to influencer activity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–5 years of demonstrable experience managing influencer, talent or digital campaigns—preferably within luxury, fashion or beauty sectors.
- Strong project management proficiency with a track record of delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder campaigns on time and on budget.
- Proven ability to negotiate and administer talent contracts and manage rights/usage agreements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a meticulous attention to brand tone and compliance.

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on experience executing influencer or creator campaigns, with exposure to agency management and cross‑functional coordination; prior experience in luxury, fashion or beauty brands is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
