Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead industrial management control for the Perfumes & Beauty operations, overseeing cost accounting, production costing and inventory valuation across manufacturing sites.
  • Prepare and consolidate monthly and quarterly industrial reporting, margin analyses and KPI dashboards for senior management.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for manufacturing costs and industrial overheads, ensuring alignment with commercial and supply-chain plans.
  • Control and monitor CAPEX execution and approval processes as they relate to production facilities and plant investments.
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, R&D and Quality teams to identify cost drivers, implement cost-reduction initiatives and improve manufacturing efficiency.
  • Coordinate month‑end and year‑end close activities related to production accounts and provide reconciliations and variance analyses.
  • Design and maintain financial models and automated reporting tools to increase transparency and decision-making speed.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control policies applicable to inventory, work in progress and production costs.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership ability with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional influence.
  • High-level analytical rigor and attention to detail; capacity to translate complex operational data into executive insights.
  • Fluent command of financial control principles and manufacturing accounting practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to present financial information clearly to non-finance audiences.
  • Autonomous, proactive mindset with a pragmatic approach to problem solving and process improvement.
  • Fluency in French is strongly recommended given the site location and internal collaboration requirements.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in management control or industrial finance within a manufacturing environment; prior exposure to FMCG, cosmetics, or luxury goods preferred. Demonstrated experience in leading cost control activities, delivering monthly reporting and influencing operational stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Control, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
