Chanel — Paris: Image Production Intern (fashion) starting July 2026. Assist on shoots, coordinate production and manage visual assets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end image production for fashion shoots including planning, scheduling and logistics.
  • Coordinate pre-production tasks: book studios, organize fittings, manage sample flow and liaise with suppliers and external vendors.
  • Assist on set with styling support, set preparation, sample handling and liaison between photographer, stylist and creative direction.
  • Prepare and maintain production documents: shot lists, call sheets, production schedules and inventory trackers.
  • Manage post-production follow-up: supervise file delivery, coordinate retouching requests, ensure correct file naming and asset metadata.
  • Track basic production budgets, process invoices and assist with cost reconciliation.
  • Maintain organized archives of stills and lookbook materials; support uploads to digital asset systems.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc creative and administrative tasks within the image production team.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in fashion, photography, visual arts, communications, or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor suited to high-pressure shoot environments and close collaboration with senior creative teams.
  • Basic understanding of fashion production cycles, garment handling and on-set protocols.
  • Availability to begin in July 2026 and to commit to the internship period as required by academic or company regulations.
  • Prior internship or project experience in production, photography assistance or fashion is a plus.

Experience
