Chanel in Paris seeks an Image Production Assistant (Intern) starting Jan 2026 — support photoshoot logistics, asset management and post-production coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the image production team in planning and executing fashion shoots, lookbooks and digital campaigns.
  • Coordinate logistics for studio days and on-location shoots: scheduling, call sheets, talent and vendor liaison.
  • Prepare and maintain image briefs, shot lists and production documentation to ensure creative and technical alignment.
  • Ingest, organise and apply consistent metadata and file-naming conventions to image assets within the asset workflow.
  • Perform initial quality control on delivered images and liaise with retouchers and post-production to ensure brand standards.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including supplier follow-ups, expense documentation and basic project tracking.
  • Contribute to archive maintenance and the preparation of image dossiers for seasonal collections and marketing teams.

Qualifications

  • Current enrolment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in fashion, photography, visual communication, image production or a related discipline.
  • Fluency in French and professional command of English.
  • Excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanour when interacting with internal creative teams and external suppliers.
  • Availability to begin in January 2026 and to commit to the internship period as required by the programme.

Experience
