Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the talent acquisition process, including candidate selection, job postings, sourcing, and conducting prequalification and recruitment interviews.
  • Coordinate internal recruitment events and ensure smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with Payroll & Personnel Administration teams to facilitate the seamless integration of new employees, including dossier management and data entry.
  • Maintain recruitment tracking systems and ensure adherence to internship and apprenticeship budgets.
  • Support and mentor interns and apprentices throughout their tenure, conducting mid-term and final evaluations.
  • Organize integration sessions and dedicated events for young talents.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pool, promoting profiles for entry-level positions.
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for interns and apprentices.
  • Participate in school events and recruitment forums, proposing new school relationship initiatives.
  • Contribute to ongoing HR projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one significant experience in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment.

Skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Experience

At least one significant experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment processes.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
