Role & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team for the Fashion division, including document preparation, file management and correspondence.
- Assist with recruitment activities: screening CVs, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates and maintaining applicant records.
- Support onboarding for new hires: prepare contracts and welcome documentation, coordinate induction schedules and collect required paperwork.
- Maintain and update HR information systems and personnel files with rigor and attention to confidentiality.
- Contribute to routine HR reporting and simple data analysis to track hiring, attendance and training metrics.
- Liaise with payroll, legal and line managers to ensure accurate personnel data and timely processing of HR actions.
- Participate in HR projects such as training logistics, internal mobility initiatives and employer branding events.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and professional standards appropriate for a luxury fashion environment.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- Previous administrative or HR internship experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential personnel information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-service orientation when interacting with internal stakeholders and candidates.

Internship-level role suitable for a current student or recent graduate. Prior exposure to HR administration or a customer-facing internship is preferred but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
