Role & Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day HR administrative operations for the Perfumes & Beauty business unit, including preparation and management of personnel files and contracts.
- Assist recruitment activities: coordinate job postings, schedule interviews, liaise with candidates and hiring managers, and maintain applicant tracking records.
- Contribute to onboarding and integration processes for new hires, preparing documentation and coordinating induction logistics.
- Maintain HR databases and trackers (attendance, probation, fixed‑term contracts), ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with payroll and social affairs teams to transmit information and follow up on contractual changes and leaves.
- Prepare standard HR reporting and ad hoc analyses to support the HR team and business stakeholders.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold company policies and labour‑law requirements in all HR processes.
Qualifications
- Eligible candidate for alternance; currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple administrative workflows.
- Professional discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling personal and contractual information.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills and a client‑oriented mindset when interacting with internal stakeholders.

Experience
Previous internship or administrative experience within HR, recruitment, payroll or a related corporate environment is desirable but not mandatory for an alternance position.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme (Bac+3/4/5) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field and eligible for alternance/work‑study.
