Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support for the France market, including contract preparation, personnel file maintenance and record-keeping.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and internal moves, ensuring compliance with French labour law and internal procedures.
- Support recruitment activities: publish postings, screen CVs, schedule interviews and maintain candidate databases.
- Liaise with payroll, social security and external providers to transmit employee data and follow up on administrative queries.
- Assist in leave and time-off administration, statutory declarations, and routine HR reporting and dashboards.
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous-improvement initiatives (process documentation, digitalisation, local initiatives).
- Ensure confidentiality and data protection in handling employee information.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent (alternance/apprenticeship contract required).
- Sound knowledge of French labour law fundamentals and employment contract types.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; professional telephone and email manner.
- High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality.

Experience
Previous internship(s) or short-term experience in an HR administrative role or within a corporate HR team is desirable but not mandatory; this role is structured for a student in alternance seeking practical HR experience in the luxury sector.
Education
Enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (alternance/apprenticeship enrolment required).
