Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee retail talent acquisition, management, and development, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) for seamless talent sourcing and recruitment.
- Manage headcounts, productivity, and provide strategic insights to address retail talent challenges.
- Lead annual compensation reviews, promotions, and people movement proposals in collaboration with retail management.
- Enhance employee engagement and change management through effective communication and activities.
- Conduct performance management cycles, including setting objectives and appraisals.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with L&D teams to deliver development programs.
- Foster strong employee relationships and manage grievances in collaboration with ER and Legal teams.
- Monitor sales incentive programs and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support HRBP Head in retail project ideation, proposal, and execution.
- Manage quarterly people cost forecasting and budget processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Over 8 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in luxury retail and understanding of Fashion and WFJ is advantageous.
- Exposure to international or multi-national company environments is beneficial.
