Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR operations for the Parfums Beauté division, including personnel file maintenance, contract administration and document management.
  • Assist with recruitment activities: posting positions, screening CVs, coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Contribute to onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards, gather data for headcount, turnover and training metrics and support ad hoc analyses.
  • Liaise with payroll, legal and line managers to resolve administrative queries and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Support learning & development initiatives and internal communications for employee engagement projects.
  • Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives within the Parfums Beauté team.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field and eligible for an alternance/work‑study placement starting September 2026.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to confidentiality and detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive problem‑solver, capable of managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • High level of written and verbal communication capability and professional discretion.

Skills

Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) HR administration and documentation Candidate sourcing and interview coordination HR reporting and basic data analysis Familiarity with HRIS concepts (experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent is an advantage) Stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration

Experience

Prior internship or work‑study experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred (typically 6–12 months). Demonstrable exposure to recruitment, onboarding or HR administrative processes will be considered an asset.

Education

Enrolled in a recognised undergraduate or postgraduate programme (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline; eligible for alternance/work‑study from September 2026.
