Chanel in Paris seeks an HR Administration Assistant (Alternance) starting Sept 2026 — corporate HR apprenticeship supporting personnel administration.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the corporate HR team in day‑to‑day personnel administration across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, contract management, amendments, offboarding).
- Create, update and maintain confidential employee records (paper and digital) and ensure data integrity within the HR information system.
- Prepare standard employment documents (contracts, letters, attestations) and follow administrative formalities with social security and external providers.
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee administrative queries, escalating complex cases to HRBP or payroll as required.
- Assist with HR reporting and basic analyses (headcount, turnover, absences) and contribute to continuous‑improvement projects within the People team.
- Ensure strict compliance with company confidentiality rules and applicable labour law and data‑protection requirements.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a recognised alternance/apprenticeship programme (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in Human Resources, Business Administration or Labour Law.
- Demonstrated organisational rigor, meticulous attention to detail and capacity to manage confidential information.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfort with administrative processes, a proactive mindset and willingness to learn HR systems and local social legislation.
- Availability to start the alternance in September 2026 and commit to the contractual alternance schedule.

Experience
Previous internship or short-term experience in an HR administration or personnel services role is advantageous but not mandatory; candidates should demonstrate practical exposure to administrative workflows and eagerness to learn within a corporate HR environment.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Law or a related field, in an alternance/apprenticeship track.
