Chanel is hiring a High‑End Boutique Manager in Taichung City to lead boutique operations, client experience and sales performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day‑to‑day boutique operations to consistently deliver the brand’s exacting standards of service, merchandising and presentation.
  • Drive sales performance and sustainable growth through target setting, pipeline management and disciplined execution of promotional and clienteling strategies.
  • Coach, mentor and develop a high‑performance team, fostering a culture of elevated client care, product expertise and operational excellence.
  • Oversee inventory control, loss prevention and visual merchandising to protect brand integrity and optimize stock availability.
  • Manage client relationships and high‑value clienteling activities to build loyalty and maximize lifetime value.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local regulations and financial controls while liaising with regional management on HR, payroll and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Proven management experience in luxury retail or premium hospitality, ideally within a high‑end fashion, jewellery or watch environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets and to develop profitable clienteling programmes.
  • Strong leadership and people‑development skills with experience recruiting, coaching and retaining top talent.
  • Excellent organisational aptitude, commercial acumen and competency in inventory and loss‑prevention practices.
  • Professional presence and exceptional interpersonal skills; discretion when managing relationships with high‑net‑worth clients.

Skills

Experience

Significant luxury retail experience, typically 5+ years with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management capacity leading a boutique or flagship store. Proven track record of delivering sales targets and developing high‑value client relationships.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or equivalent professional experience preferred.
