Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily boutique operations for the Watches & Fine Jewelry category, ensuring flawless execution of brand standards and visual merchandising.
- Drive sales performance against targets through active participation in selling, team coaching and performance management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth and VIP clients; manage bespoke clienteling strategies and after-sales service.
- Recruit, train and mentor a multi-disciplinary sales team; set objectives, conduct regular feedback and ensure career development.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment and secure handling of high-value merchandise in compliance with loss-prevention protocols.
- Plan and execute in-store events, private viewings and product launches in collaboration with regional marketing and wholesale teams.
- Analyse sales KPIs, create forecasts and implement action plans to optimise profitability and sell-through by SKU and segment.
- Liaise with regional headquarters on assortment, pricing, client requests and bespoke commissions to preserve brand positioning.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail management with responsibility for watches and/or fine jewelry.
- Demonstrable success managing sales targets and developing relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Strong leadership experience with history of recruiting, coaching and retaining high-performing teams.
- Excellent commercial acumen, inventory management and familiarity with luxury retail KPIs.
- Fluent business communication in English; additional regional languages advantageous (not specified in source).

Typically 5+ years in luxury retail with specific exposure to watches and fine jewelry; at least 2 years in a managerial or senior supervisory role responsible for boutique performance and team leadership.
Education
