Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a business partner to drive sales growth and nurture client relationships.
  • Deliver insightful boutique performance reports.
  • Enhance sales strategies and client engagement through expert business acumen and gemology knowledge.
  • Foster talent development and collaboration to champion high-end sales.
  • Engage VIP clients and ensure exceptional service standards to enrich luxury customer experiences.
  • Cultivate opportunities for UHNW client acquisition and build meaningful relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Boutique to curate high-end inventory and manage merchandise effectively.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory experience in high-end business sectors.
  • Experience in retail.
  • GIA Gemologist qualification preferred.

Experience

Supervisory experience in high-end business sectors and retail is required. Candidates with less experience but relevant transferable skills may be considered for an Assistant High-End Manager role.
