Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the regional visual merchandising strategy for fashion collections, ensuring cohesion with global brand campaigns and seasonal directives.
  • Conceptualize and approve window schemes, in‑store displays and shopfloor directives from concept through installation and maintenance.
  • Lead, mentor and develop the local VM team; set standards, provide training and review store compliance with visual guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with Retail, Store Design, Marketing and Buying to align merchandising concepts, product adjacencies and campaign roll‑outs.
  • Manage budgets, production timelines and relationships with display vendors, set builders and prop suppliers.
  • Drive visual performance metrics and store audits; propose corrective actions to optimise conversion, dwell time and presentation quality.
  • Travel regularly to flagships and boutiques to supervise installations, ensure fidelity to creative intent and adapt concepts to local store formats.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in visual merchandising within luxury fashion (senior/regional remit).
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility with deep understanding of luxury presentation and high‑end retail standards.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across cross‑functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines and third‑party suppliers.
  • Fluent written and verbal presentation skills appropriate for senior external and internal engagements.
