Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the high‑end business strategy across assigned markets (including Singapore and SEA clusters), ensuring alignment with global brand positioning and commercial objectives.
- Own regional P&L, set sales targets, manage budgets and deliver sustained revenue, margin and market‑share growth for high‑end assortments.
- Develop and manage wholesale and selective retail partnerships, distribution strategies and channel governance to protect brand desirability and price architecture.
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives with merchandising, retail operations, marketing, CRM and supply chain to optimise assortment, allocation and client experience.
- Build, coach and mobilise high‑performing teams and local leaders; set KPIs, conduct performance reviews and drive capability development.
- Negotiate key commercial agreements and manage relationships with strategic accounts, key clients and local stakeholders.
- Oversee market analysis, forecast demand, set inventory strategies and implement corrective actions to maximise sell‑through and reduce markdowns.
- Represent the brand at senior external forums, trade negotiations and client events; ensure compliance with corporate policies and luxury retail standards.
Qualifications
- Proven senior leadership experience in luxury goods, fashion or high‑end retail with responsibility for multi‑market performance.
- Demonstrable track record of P&L ownership, commercial strategy and successful wholesale and retail channel management.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing key accounts and franchise/partner relationships in the region.
- Highly developed cross‑functional stakeholder management capabilities and experience working with merchandising, marketing and operations.
- Capacity to travel frequently and operate effectively in a fast‑paced, matrixed international organisation.

Experience
Senior luxury retail or brand experience spanning multiple markets; typically 10+ years in the sector with at least 5 years in a regional leadership or head‑of role responsible for sales, distribution and commercial results.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Management or equivalent; MBA or advanced business qualification preferred.
