Role & Responsibilities

  • Elevate the Chanel image through impeccable visual merchandising and boutique presentation.
  • Foster a client-centric culture by championing exceptional client experience standards.
  • Lead and inspire the boutique team with empathy and high standards.
  • Drive business and operational performance to achieve sales targets.
  • Advance the High Jewelry business by supporting events and client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading a retail team of at least five members, ideally within luxury Watches and Fine Jewelry or a comparable luxury category.
  • Professional gemology certifications such as GG, DGA, or FGA are advantageous.
  • Secondary education or above; a university degree is preferred.

Skills

Strong client engagement capabilities and relationship-building skills with high-value clients. Solid understanding of boutique operations, including stock management and service processes. Refined aesthetic sense and appreciation for visual merchandising. Business acumen and confidence in analyzing and driving performance. Learning agility, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Experience

Experience leading a retail team of at least five members, ideally within luxury Watches and Fine Jewelry or a comparable luxury category.

Education

Secondary education or above; a university degree is preferred.
