Global Learning & Development Intern
Chanel — Paris: Internship, Global Learning & Development. Support the design and delivery of corporate L&D programs at Chanel's Paris headquarters.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design, coordination and execution of global learning programs and leadership development initiatives.
- Assist with creation and adaptation of learning materials, including slide decks, participant guides and e‑learning modules.
- Manage logistical aspects of training events: scheduling, participant communications, vendor coordination and post‑session follow‑up.
- Operate and support the Learning Management System (LMS): enrollments, reporting and content uploads.
- Collect and analyse learning metrics and feedback to inform programme improvements and executive reporting.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across HR, regional teams and business units to ensure alignment and seamless delivery.
- Provide administrative support on ad hoc L&D projects and contribute to long‑term project planning.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business, Education or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional presentation abilities.
- High attention to detail and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Discretion and professional maturity when handling confidential information.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or project experience in learning & development, HR, talent management or a related corporate function is preferred (typically 0–2 years). Experience within luxury retail or a multinational environment is an asset.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, Education or a closely related field.
