Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the design, adaptation and delivery of training programmes for fragrance and beauty products tailored to European export markets.
  • Coordinate logistics for in-person workshops and virtual sessions: scheduling, participant lists, venues, samples and educational kits.
  • Prepare engaging training materials, presentations and product documentation in English and French; adapt content for local markets where required.
  • Collaborate with export sales teams, distributors and retail managers to align curricula with commercial objectives and local selling practices.
  • Maintain training records, attendance data and basic performance metrics; produce regular reports to measure programme impact.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of e‑learning modules, multimedia assets and trainer toolkits.
  • Manage incoming requests and act as a point of contact for trainers, trainees and cross‑functional partners.
  • Support occasional travel for regional training delivery or field visits when required.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a higher education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) in business, marketing, cosmetics science, HR, education or a related discipline, eligible for alternance.
  • Strong commercial awareness of beauty and fragrance categories; interest in product knowledge and retail excellence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to craft clear, persuasive presentations and educational content.
  • Organisational rigour with the capacity to manage multiple training projects and tight schedules.
  • Professional demeanour appropriate for interaction with retail teams, distributor partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English; French language proficiency strongly preferred.

Experience

Prior internship or work experience (up to 1–2 years) in retail, beauty, luxury, sales support or training is advantageous; demonstrated exposure to international or export markets is a plus.

Education

Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s programme and eligible for alternance/apprenticeship placement.
