Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver attentive, personalised client service and product advice for fragrances and cosmetics during the holiday sales period.
  • Support daily sales activity: welcome clients, manage appointments, process transactions and update client records.
  • Present and demonstrate products, provide samples and beauty advice aligned with brand standards and protocols.
  • Maintain boutique visual standards, merchandising, and stock replenishment to ensure a compelling customer environment.
  • Assist with inventory tasks, back-office organisation and point-of-sale reconciliation as required.
  • Contribute to team objectives, including sales targets, store KPIs and seasonal promotional initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a course in retail, marketing, cosmetics or a related field (internship status required).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrable customer-service orientation and professional presentation.
  • Availability for the Christmas/holiday reinforcement period, including weekends and peak retail hours.
  • Interest in luxury beauty and fragrance with a willingness to learn brand rituals and product protocols.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a boutique team under fast-paced conditions.

Experience

Customer-facing retail experience or prior internships in beauty or luxury retail are preferred but not mandatory; candidates should demonstrate strong service aptitude and the ability to work in a high-volume, seasonal retail environment.

Education

Current student or recent graduate in retail, marketing, cosmetics, hospitality or a related discipline; internship eligibility for France required.
