Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate enduring client relationships by delivering personalized and memorable experiences both in-store and via digital platforms.
- Demonstrate passion and expertise in fragrance, makeup, and skincare through engaging storytelling.
- Conduct expert personalized consultations that captivate and educate clients.
- Utilize clienteling and data capture tools to actively recruit new clients and expand the client portfolio.
- Achieve individual and counter sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
