Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised, consultative client experiences that reflect Chanel’s luxury standards and drive sales of fragrance and beauty products.
• Proactively engage diverse, time-pressured travellers at Dublin Airport Terminal 1 and convert traffic into repeat clientele through exceptional clienteling.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through upselling, cross-selling and promotion of key launches and campaigns.
• Maintain expert product knowledge across fragrances, skincare and makeup to advise on fit, formulation and gifting.
• Ensure immaculate visual merchandising, stock presentation and replenishment in line with Chanel visual standards.
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, process transactions and perform daily cash and sales reconciliation.
• Comply with duty-free, travel-retail and regulatory requirements; manage inventory and loss-prevention procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training, product briefings and team meetings to continuously elevate skills and service.

Qualifications

• Proven aptitude for high-touch customer service and luxury retail selling.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and an ability to adapt style to an international travelling clientele.
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and public holidays to match airport trading hours.
• Right to work in Ireland and ability to pass any required airport access/security checks.
• Previous experience in beauty, fragrance or travel retail is preferred; formal beauty/cosmetology qualifications are an advantage.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail, beauty counters or travel retail is preferred; practical knowledge of fragrance and makeup consultation and a track record of meeting sales targets are advantageous.

Education

Secondary education (high school diploma) required; professional training or certification in beauty, cosmetics or related fields is a plus.
