Role & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate enduring client relationships through personalized and memorable in-store and digital experiences.
  • Demonstrate and share extensive knowledge of fragrance, makeup, and skincare with clients through engaging storytelling.
  • Conduct expert consultations that educate and captivate clients, enhancing their understanding of Chanel's offerings.
  • Utilize clienteling and data capture tools to expand the client base and enhance the client portfolio.
  • Contribute to achieving individual and counter sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
