Chanel seeks a Fragrance & Beauty Sales Advisor in Munich (Oberpollinger) to deliver luxury client service and drive retail sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service that reflects Chanel’s brand standards and elevates the customer experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clientelling, upselling and conversion.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across Chanel Parfums & Beauté (fragrance, skincare and make-up) and provide tailored consultations and demonstrations.
- Build and maintain a loyal client portfolio using CRM tools and follow-up routines to nurture long-term relationships.
- Execute visual merchandising, display maintenance and brand-compliant presentation of counters and POS materials.
- Manage stock, replenishment and loss-prevention procedures in line with company policies.
- Represent the brand at in-store events, promotions and product launches, collaborating with store management and the Chanel field team.
- Adhere to company policies on compliance, product hygiene, and health & safety.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for high-end retail selling and client service.
- Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills suitable for a luxury environment.
- Comfortable delivering product demonstrations and make-up/skincare consultations.
- Ability to work retail shift patterns including evenings and weekends.
- Basic numeracy and experience handling POS transactions; attention to operational detail.
Experience
Minimum two years’ experience in beauty or cosmetics retail, ideally within premium or luxury brands, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.
Education
Secondary education (Realschule/Abitur) or equivalent; vocational training in cosmetics, aesthetics or retail sales is advantageous.
